11.   Wheelchair if required may be subject to charges and will be subject to availability and extra charge

12.   Personal expenses, in-room dining, mini bar consumption, special orders, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, extra meals, laundry, telephone calls or any incidentals will be payable by group members directly to hotel

13.   Camera Ticket Fee if and as applicable at the sightseeing spots

14.   Any additional charges arising due to natural calamities, political disturbances, missed / cancelled flights, or trains for any reasons whatsoever, shall be payable by group members

15.   Refund against any unused services for whatsoever reasons

Cancellation policy

1.     25% of the package cost if cancelled up to 60 days prior to the trip start date

2.     50% of the total package cost if cancelled up to 30 days prior to the trip start date

3.     100% of the total package cost if cancelled between 30-00 days prior to the trip start date

4.     Any cancellation made less than 15 days from the trip start date will be considered NO SHOW and full amount will be charged

5.     All refunds will be subject to bank charges of Rs. 650 (charged twice) and any such charge will be deducted from the refund

6.     In case of Visa rejections, the package cost will be refunded after deduction of Rs. 20,000 per person towards our service charges

Important information

1.     Visa approvals are subject of respective consulates and we can at the best advise proper way to apply. HCPL does not in any matter is responsible for Visa status

2.     Any cancellation owing to Visa rejections will be chargeable as per cancellation slab

3.     Full payments are required minimum 60 days prior to travel start date

4.     Flight bookings can be initiated only after 100% payments of the value of flights

5.     No hotels or services have been blocked and will be subject to availability

6.     These rates are valid for travel in periods specified with the rates. Supplements may apply for certain dates / festive periods and any such increase will be chargeable

7.     Rates apply for number of persons mentioned under each slab. Any change in number of persons or dates may impact the price. Do check with us for specific quotation

8.     Check in time at hotels is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 11:00 hrs and early check in or late check out will be subject to availability and chargeable

9.     In situations of force majeure such as natural disasters, strikes, lack of energy etc., we cannot be held liable for failure, delay, or cancellation in the provision of any agreed services, nor for any additional charges or cancellation fees that may come to occur

10.   Any incidental expenses that occur during travel for any reason whatsoever will be liable to be paid by clients directly and HCPL does not take any responsibility for any payments thereof

11.   Visa fee, entry fee, local taxes, airline surcharge, airline fee and local taxes may change as per Govt./Airline directives and price variations will be chargeable

12.   This quotation is based on Exchange Rate of Rs. 82.09 per US$ as of 26 June 2023. Exchange rates showing on www.xe.com + Rs. 1.25 will be charged at the time of payment

Day 01: Arrive at Queen Alia Airport, Amman 

·          Arrival at Queen Alia International Airport

·          Meet and assist at the Airport, after collection of luggage

·          Transfer to hotel

·          Check-in at Amman hotel

Day 02: Amman – Petra Visit – Dead Sea Panoramic visit – Amman

·          Breakfast at the hotel

·          Start drive to Petra

·          Visit Petra the home of the Nabataea’s - the complete city carved in a mountain with the huge colourful rocks that are called the red rose city. The tour will start by crossing the sig lined with mountains in multiple colours up to the treasury, the pride of all Jordanians

·          Visit the Royal Tomb, Theatre, The High Place of Sacrifice and Roman Soldier Tombs

·          Return to Amman, enroute stopping beside the road for a panoramic visit of Dead Sea (photo-stop only)

·          Overnight stay in Amman

Day 03: Amman – Mt. Nebo – Shiekh Hussien Border – Nazareth

·          Drive to Sheikh Hussein Border (Jordan-Israel Border) and complete border crossing formalities to enter Israel
