Suggested Day-wise Itinerary

Day 01: Guwahati – Tezpur (180 KM)

Welcome to awesome Assam, meet and greet and then drive to Tezpur. Visit Mahabhairab Temple. Overnight stay in Tezpur

Day 02: Tezpur – Dirang (200 KM)

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to Bomdila, situated in the west Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh - The land of the rising sun. Enroute visit Tippi Orchidiam, Nag Temple and Bomdila Monastery - the spiritual centre for west Kameng district. Further stop in Kiwi Garden situated on the bank of the Kameng River. Check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Dirang

Day 03: Dirang – Tawnag (180 KM)

Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning drive to Tawang - On the way visit Sela pass-13700 ft. above sea level which is the second motorable pass after Khardungla Pass. Have a breathtaking view of Sela Lake and an evening check-in hotel at Tawang (10,000 feet above sea level). Overnight stay in Tawang

Day 04: Tawang Sightseeing

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Buddha Statue in Tawang Monastery, 2nd largest monastery in Asia after Potala Palace - Lhasa. Tawang Monastery is the main spiritual centre for the people of Arunachal Pradesh. In the evening, visit the 1962 Indo-China War Memorial, where you can enjoy a light and sound show (subject to operation). Overnight stay in Tawang

Day 05: Bumla Pass Excursion (55 KM)

Breakfast at the hotel. Later start the excursion to Bumla Pass, located at an altitude of 16,500 feet. Bumla Pass displays the monuments of the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the nation's sake during the 1962 Indo-China War. The pass is a military border post for both the Indian and Chinese armies. Here, you will visit - Sangetsar Lake, Nagula Lake and PT Tso Lake. The evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Tawang

Day 06: Tawang – Bomdila (170 KM)

Breakfast at the hotel. Start to drive to Dirrang. On the way visit Jaswanthgarh War Memorial – the memorial of 14th Battalion Rifleman Jawanth Singh Rawat, who fought 72 hours single handily with the Chinese Army. Also, enjoy the scenic beauty of Dirrang Valley and have a stop at Dirrang Dzong, where you can have a glance at the Monpa Tribe of the village. Overnight stay in Bomdila

Day 07: Bomdila – Guwahati (300 KM)

Breakfast at the hotel. Start driving to Guwahati. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay in Guwahati

Day 08: Guwahati Onwards

Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning visit Kamakhya Temple. After the Darshan, transfer to the airport to board the flight for the onward destination.
